Returning New Items
When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.

Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.

Returning New Ski Boots
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.
We offer preorder opportunity on a small amount of select items that are in high demand. We will ship these preorders when items become available to us. Web Exclusives
Small Store, Massive Inventory
We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
Picking Up Web Exclusives In-Store
Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.
